Bask In The Sun offers unique clothing inspired by the sea and urban fashion. The brand's collections are inspired by the Basque Country and the lifestyle on the Atlantic, characterized by original designs with clear, functional lines.
Founded in 2013, the brand focuses on sustainability and primarily uses organic, natural, and recycled materials to reduce environmental impact. Unlike "Fast Fashion," it values quality and short production routes. All products are manufactured in specialized workshops in northern Portugal, known for their expertise. These workshops are only 800 km from the Basque Country, and production is regularly monitored.

With Bask In The Sun, we offer you men's clothing at BACKYARD that reflects the versatile beauty of the sea and its coasts. The collection includes upper and lower garments as well as accessories that are both functional and timeless and can be ideally combined. Choose from high-quality knit sweaters, long-sleeve shirts, overshirts, sweatshirts, and T-shirts, complemented by chinos for a balanced maritime look and beanies for added comfort.
The colors of the collection – black, blue, green, and gray – reflect the many facets of the sea. From the deep, unpredictable shades of blue to the gentle green hues of coastal vegetation – sea lovers are guaranteed to find the right color here.
MODERN FASHION WITH ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS
Bask In The Sun aims to combine modern fashion with a deep respect for the environment and social responsibility. The brand is committed to ecologically responsible and ethical fashion and preferably uses organic cotton with the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS®).
All fabrics are dyed in Oeko-Tex® certified facilities that guarantee pollutant-tested dyes.
Design and production take place close to each other in the Braga district in northern Portugal to minimize the carbon footprint from transportation. The main factory is GOTS® certified, which stands for good working conditions and fair wages. Bask In The Sun places great emphasis on the quality and durability of their garments, which are convincing due to precise workmanship and thoughtful details. To avoid waste, the brand works on a pre-order basis and donates unsold goods to charitable causes.
