Items displayed in the online shop are AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY and will be shipped via DHL or UPS to the specified delivery address within 2-4 business days.

DHL makes up to two delivery attempts (possibly also to neighbors or similar), after which packages are stored for one week at the responsible DHL parcel shop and can be picked up with the notification card that was left.

UPS makes up to two delivery attempts (possibly also to neighbors or similar), after which packages are stored for one week at the responsible UPS parcel shop and can be picked up with the notification card that was left.

A return in our stores is no problem. The purchase amount will be refunded immediately there.

CAN ITEMS BE EXCHANGED FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

Items cannot be exchanged. You must return the item in the wrong size and reorder the correct size. Upon receipt of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded immediately.
