In case you want to return your order, you can send the goods back to us within 14 days.

For orders from Germany and other EU countries, the customer will be refunded the entire invoice amount including shipping costs in the event of a cancellation. The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
For orders from all other countries, the buyer bears both the shipping and return shipping costs in the event of a cancellation.
In the event of a return, please fill out the enclosed return form completely and then send it back to us with the goods. Filling out the form is not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal. Payments will be refunded within 30 days.

Through the portal, you can create and download a shipping label from DHL or UPS for a fee of 5.00 EUR directly.
