CLICK & COLLECT / Pickup and returns in the stores

CLICK & COLLECT is generally possible at BACKYARD!

The prerequisite for this is that the desired item is available in the preferred store.

You can check the availability for each item.

Pickup is only possible if all items selected at checkout are available in the store! 

Returns in the stores

If you wish to return your order or parts of it, you can simply drop off the items in our stores. 

Pickups/Returns are currently possible Mon - Fri, 11:00 - 18:00.
